BUILDING SERVICE - sanitary technology

The office area is heated and cooled through thermal activation of building structures. For local heating requirements also heating surfaces were installed in coordination with the building concept.

In rooms with special requirements, like consultation rooms or the archive sector, an air condition was planned.

To meet the demands of the user in the entranche area, besides of heating and air conditioning, special standarts for fire protection had to be fulfilled. A sprinkler system and a smoke extraction were installed.

Another focus in the building service is the server room of the city administration. To guarantee the necessary atmosphere a redundant air conditioning with 120kW was installed. The wide control range and the airflow through double floor guarantee efficient operation. To protect the technology in case of fire, a gas extinguishing system was installed.
