GENERAL PLANNING

The realization of the consequent new design of a mansion, constructed in the early 19th century, to a five-star-plus-hotel with absolute unique characteristics and the rehabilitation of historical valuable interior and exterior architecture became a special project of our special services "Planen und Bauen im Bestand" (design and construction in existing buildings). A high-class spa area and top level catering also represent the skills of our architects. The landscape garden of the house is designed with historic preservation methods and completes the general view.
