New construction of a multistorey rental housing with 17 apartments, a underground car park as well as a commercial unit.
A concept for equipping the apartments and the commercial unit regarding heating, air conditioning and sanitation technology was jointly agreed with the client. Heating the rental units is realized by a floor heating system. Within the living areas a demand-driven, mechanical ventilation of the inside bathrooms as well as storerooms was planned and realised. The necessary air renewal is ensured by principle of window rebate ventilator.
