OBJECT PLANNING OF BUILDING
Expansion of the municipal music school of Chemnitz including concert hall, rehearsal rooms and DJ room as well as reconstruction of the existing facilities of the existing building being under preservation order with facade renovation and safeguard of the gable.
A new extension building for the Music School Chemnitz was built at the site Gerichtsstraße 1 in Chemnitz that houses, besides further musical rehearsal rooms, a representative concert hall, which complies with all requirements to the acoustic of a music school.
A new representative entrance area, a concert hall including adjoining rooms, a band rehearsal room and 6 further class rooms for specialist fields rock/pop/jazz and brass players were created. Furthermore, the music school was made accessible for disabled persons.
