Design for construction, mining and environment

The new nursery, which is supervised by the Diakonie in Rochlitz, offers room for 36 crib children and 54 Kindergarten kids. Besides group- and sleep rooms, this nursery hast he required sanitary areas, music- and creativity rooms, administrative rooms for the management, staff rooms, serving kitchen, storage rooms and a multipurpose/sport room. In direct proximity C&E is building a retirement home (also supervised by the Diakonie in Rochlitz). Completition is planned in Juli 2015.
C&E Consulting and Engineering GmbH took as general planner the complete responsibility of the construction – from architecture and project idea to the turnkey delivery.
