The modern new building has floor heating in its office rooms, district heat connection, thermal activation of building structures and heating with air-to-water heatpumps.
The foyer is also equipped with a floor heating. In the store has besides the floor heating also a heating/cooling by air conditioning. Convectors on side prevent condensation on the shop windows.
The "Bürgersaal" has its own ventilation systen, which ventilates, heats and cools the air. All sections have a sprinkling system installed.
Old and new building got new and modern sanitary facilities for employees- and visitors WC, handicapped WC and kitchen areas.
