The park and commercial building Rosenhof is located in the town of Chemnitz. With many particulate commercial facilities, this is a great enrichment for the city of Chemnitz. Due to the difficult ground conditions, it was necessary to base the new building on bored piles. Extensive static calculations were the basis for our engineers and specialists to create the necessary reinforcement plans and planning documents for the bored pile foundation.
