Complicated building ground conditions and constructively demanding house service connections to the existing built volumes represented the challenges for our stress analysts to this project. Topics like increased noise control requirements with simultaneous consistent use of reinforced concrete constructions, the development of the individual living areas with pergolas and the associated constructional detailed solutions were to be solved effectively and economically only by close co-operation with our architects.
