The C&E Team for project management supports the builder reliably, assisting and cooperatively during complex tasks in the fields of construction, real estate as well as environment providing services for project management and control. Competently and responsibly, we discharge our clients through harmonised processes. Due to many years of experience in multi-project management as well as their qualifications our employees are ideally suited. Furthermore, our employees are professional project manager certified according to DVP (German Association of Project Manager for Construction and Real Estate Industry) and senior project manager certified according to DVP.

By means of comprehensive process knowledge and stringent processing our employees support the achievement of the project objectives. Core tasks are for example financial controlling, schedule monitoring, but also risk, quality and modification management.
