OBJECT PLANNING OF BUILDING
Barrier-free reconstruction and energetic rehabilitation of the existing building (prefabricated construction) including classrooms, after school day care and janitor's apartment as well as improvement of the building regarding physical construction, improvements concerning fire protection, installation of shading elements at the south side of the building, reconstruction in order to enable access for disabled and modernization of the sanitary facilities.
The rehabilitation measures regarding the facade and the flat roof are realised according to the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) of 2009 minus 25%. During the rehabilitation measures, special focus was directed on the utilisation of construction materials as their raw material extraction/utilisation is environmentally-friendly and can be deposited easily. Furthermore, they are ideally biodegradable and, if possible, can be produced with low energy or transport expenses.
