Electrical engineering

• single battery- security lighting including 24 security luminaires in corridors and staircases, as well as safety and exit luminaires above all exits
• low voltage switchgears including a main distributor and counter installation
• low voltage switchgear installations including 6 sub-distributors which are divided for the old and new areas including approx. 25 km cables and wires as well as all the installation equipment made of conventional technology
• a lighting system including 118 single luminaires are adjusted to the building character especially to the listed old building structure
• complete lightning protection system including lightning conductor, earthing and equipotential bonding
• telecommunications including telecommunication installations, 6 frequency modulation installations, 2 entry phones including cabling to the according termination box
• house alarm system with manual call point for every exit as well as 40 point source automatic detection devices in sensitive areas
• burglar alarm system which is based on acoustic noise detection
• Installations in the external parking areas with mast top luminaires and paths with bollard luminaires as well as junction boxes in a garage and a tool shed

Sanitary engineering
Planning of sanitary installations considering the existing listed building structure in the old building area with to the following extent:

• A sanitary installation including sanitary accessories suitable for children adjusted to the demands of a modern day-care center
• Child-friendly assembly height of the toilets and washbasins
• Central water heating including decentral thermal scalding protection
• Separate domestic water installation for the toilet flushing, supply via an untreated water system with an earth reservoir as temporary storage and a pump station with a fresh water backfeed in case of water deficiency on the site
