Renovation of the Residential Building "Erich-Mühsam-Straße 13" in Chemnitz

The listed building "Erich-Mühsam-Straße 13" was renovated for the client "Grundstücks- und Gebäudewirtschafts-Gesellschaft m.b.H.". THe result were eight flats (4x three rooms and 4x four rooms), with spaces between 75 m² and 83 m² . The complete electrical installation of the building was insufficient and did not meet the legal requirements. All necessary modernization was executed while renovating. Also the sanitary areas of the flats were enlarged.
